Christopher Columbus, Letter to Luis de Sant' Angel (1493) by Mr. Knarr. Genre: Historical Non-Fiction. Pages read: 4

Christopher Columbus is writing this letter to Parliment and exaggerates so that they know that they funded him for a reason, including the three boats and the crews. He exaggerates a bit on describing the New World because he describes it as lush and beautiful, which it is, but he makes it sound like a fairy tale land. He says that the Native Americans which he calls Indians since he thinks he's in India, are very nice and believe that he came from heaven with his crew. He says that there is countless gold and mountains to mine along with exotic spices. There are also no monsters that he can see though the Native Americans said that there were others on another isle that eat human flesh and steal. But they were probably just saying that so that Christopher Columbus would stay. It said that he made a city called the City of Navidad.

This was not my favorite thing to read but it was interesting to see what happened and what Christopher Columbus said.

The word I chose was thither. Thither means: adverb
to that place (seldom used except in poetry or legal papers).
He went hither and thither
